If you dishwash them, we recommend dishwashing programs with a low temperature of 104°F / 40°C or less to protect the exterior of the flatware.

Rinse with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid prior to your first-time use.
After each use, promptly wash off residues and food stains as soon as you can.

When washing, use mild dishwashing liquid only and avoid citrus-scented, chlorine-based and anti-limescale detergents. Do not use abrasive sponges or scrubs.
After each wash, dry with a soft towel to prevent water marks, discoloration and film buildup.
When storing your flatware pieces, place them in a dry and well-ventilated place and keep spoons and forks separately from the knives to avoid scratches on the surface.

What a wonderful company, products (GORGEOUS!), and customer service. I was looking for contemporary gold flatware to go with my good china. All I saw online was tacky shiny gold flatware that was not my taste, and I am picky! Stumbled on jazzupco and their beautiful options. I chose Ava and bought 16 place settings. The flatware was gorgeous, high quality and completely elevated the look of my table. I reached out to Lawrence who couldn’t have been more helpful and delightful to work with. I don’t write a lot of reviews but this one was warranted!

My husband and I just moved into a new house, and we did a big refresh on our everyday items. Our silverware was from years ago and felt dated and boring. So happy we got this new set (we got the gold!)- it is so worth it for the value and more modern aesthetic. Plus they wash really nicely/easily and do t stain, which I was a little nervous about at first. We already are getting so many compliments when we have friends and family over (never thought I’d get compliments on flatware!) and it up-levels even our most casual dinners. Would make a good gift too!

I received the package and was concerned as the box was open and had four holes in it. Some were the size of 50-cent pieces and a little larger. I don't think the shipping box was strong enough for the weight of the product. However, the flatware was packaged very well -- cloth "pockets" inside individual boxes. Very professional and most likely protected it from the shipping box. Very pleased with the flatware. It is not "flimsy" and holds up well.
