If you dishwash them, we recommend dishwashing programs with a low temperature of 104°F / 40°C or less to protect the exterior of the flatware.

Rinse with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid prior to your first-time use.
After each use, promptly wash off residues and food stains as soon as you can.
While your flatware is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended for optimal preservation of its exterior quality.

When washing, use mild dishwashing liquid only and avoid citrus-scented, chlorine-based and anti-limescale detergents. Do not use abrasive sponges or scrubs.
After each wash, dry with a soft towel to prevent water marks, discoloration and film buildup.
When storing your flatware pieces, place them in a dry and well-ventilated place and keep spoons and forks separately from the knives to avoid scratches on the surface.

First time ordering from jazzupco and I'm always a bit skeptical of these microsites. I'm glad I took the plunge--not only was Lawrence an absolute pleasure to interact with, my place setting just looks absolutely gorgeous with the flatware set. I have yet to use them, so I can't speak to how they wear and age but if you get the gold plated, know that no matter what you do, the gold plating will eventually fade, so just be aware and don't start complaining when it does because you didn't do your research. This is why I got the silver :)...the weight of the utensils are really good and surprisingly comfortable to handle. Very excited to use my set this holiday.

As newlyweds, who just got married with a few immediate family members, after cancelling our big wedding and all of the events that came before it, we also then found ourselves staying home alone for our first Thanksgiving. I wanted to make it special for us, but we didn’t have many items to complete our kitchen and dining area yet (things you’d probably get at a bridal shower that a pandemic cancelled lol). I had been eyeing this flatware for a while and once I saw the sale price, I pulled the trigger. Customer service was awesome and Lawrence promptly answered every question I had. We thankfully received all of the items I had ordered before Thanksgiving, and they really made the table look amazing! The quality of the flatware is great. Heavy and thick, but not too much that it’s hard to handle. I even ordered another set of 6 settings to round out a collection for when we can have events again! Love them!

I was skeptical at first as I had previously purchased a similar looking flatware from another online store and the quality was quite bad. I read the reviews on Jazzupco and I see that there are so many positive reviews and I decided to give it a go. Shipping took about 10 days, ahead of what was advertized.
When I finally received the product, it arrived in a simple white polymer packaging and to my surprise I was quite impressed with the flatware that came individually wrapped and protected. I have attached a photo of the white and gold flatware from another company as compared to the pink and gold from Jazzupco that feels heavier and has better quality and durable paintwork.
Overall, I would rate it 4 stars because of the price - and I am satisfied and would recommend to my family & friends.
