After each use, promptly wash off residues and food stains as soon as you can.

When washing, use mild dishwashing liquid only and avoid citrus-scented, chlorine-based and anti-limescale detergents. Do not use abrasive sponges or scrubs.
After each wash, dry with a soft towel to prevent water marks, discoloration and film buildup.
When storing your flatware pieces, place them in a dry and well-ventilated place and keep spoons and forks separately from the knives to avoid scratches on the surface.

The jazzupco flatware quality is quite something. It’s been 3.5 years since I bought them, I dishwash them 3 or 4 times a week, and they have maintained its beautiful matte color so well! I would say there’s a 5-10% fade with slight wear and tear on the edges but I’m not too concerned about that

QUALITY DESIGN: I researched for several months for minimalist matte gold mid-century design before making this purchase. I was especially sceptical about the overwhelming volume of positive reviews and whether I wanted to chance the “no return” policy. I AM SO GLAD I DID! Brilliant quality. I’ve washed them a few times already and it’s retained its appearance. Well weighted and durable material. Packaging was fantastic and well thought out.
ELITE CUSTOMER SERVICE: I never write reviews but I am now because of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I had an issue with 1 of the 30 pieces and the response was immediate and follow-through was equally as prompt. I was handled with warmth and consistent professionalism. We are beyond delighted with the quality of this flatware. The weight and heft instantly tells you that you’ve got an excellent product in your hands. It’s also just gorgeous.
We keep kosher and we liked the first set so much that we bought an additional set in another finish to be used for dairy. It did not disappoint. It’s just beautiful stuff.
You know that customer service is top notch when the owner of the company personally emails to say thanks and make sure you’re happy with your purchase. We’d recently purchased a set from another nationally known company, and when the finish came off in less than a year, they wouldn’t back up their products. I don’t think we’ll have that problem with this company.
Now I have my eye on the placemats.

I’ve used the Minimalist flatware in matte black and matte gold since 2020 and the Haelynn Flatware since they launched in 2021. They're not only beautiful, but very high quality. I’ve been dishwashing them since 2020 for my family of 6 with kids and the flatware looks as good as new. I use a Bosch dishwasher. I’ve recommended this to many friends and they love it!
