1. What is your shipping policy?

    We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within 5 days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes approximately 15 – 28* days for items to arrive.

    *Do expect longer shipping duration due to the COVID-19 situation (some has taken up to 6 – 8 weeks due to reduced number of flights and manpower). As such, we are currently offering FREE shipping worldwide. We thank you so much for your support and patience!

    *French and Minimalist Cutlery Set exclusive - we are currently offering FREE expedited shipping worldwide to cope with the high demand of these products with an estimated shipping duration of 9 days.
    As soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

    Orders may also be split into multiple shipments. Items ordered together may not be delivered to you on the same day and may come in separate packages.

    2. Do you provide express shipping options?

      Yes, we do offer express shipping options for certain products. The costs will vary depending on your region. Do drop us an email at hello@jazzupco.com on the products you're interested in and quantities that you would like to order and we will get back to you.

      3. What's your return policy?

        Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full or partial refund within 14 days upon receipt of your items. Do just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

        4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

          If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, we'll offer to send you the correct item or give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

          5. Do you offer exchanges?

            We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

            6. What is the currency of your prices indicated?

            Prices indicated are in USD by default.

            If you live outside the USA, you may select your local currency from the drop-down menu at the top of bottom of your screen.

            Once your preferred store currency is selected, you will view the product prices and checkout according to your selected currency.
