We want you to love your JazzUpCo order. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is brand new, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

1. Exchange or Store Credit
We'll email you a prepaid return label. No restocking fee.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method
Refunds do not include a prepaid return label. You will need to ship the product back to our warehouse in Brampton, Ontario using a carrier of your choice.
A 5% restocking fee applies.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll reship the item as soon as possible. We'll issue a full or partial refund (partial refunds are calculated based on the proportion of affected items).

What's Not Eligible for Return

• Shipping fees (non-refundable)
• Bulk or wholesale orders
• Gift cards (final sale)

We reserve the right to limit or deny returns in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
