We want you to love your JazzUpCo order. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is brand new, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

We'll provide a prepaid return label. No restocking fee.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method
We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. The return shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll reship the item as soon as possible, or issue a full or partial refund if reshipping isn't possible.
