Returns & Exchanges

At JazzUpCo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order doesn't work out, we allow for returns and exchanges on unused, unwashed, and items in their original and untorn packaging within 30 days of receiving an order.

Returns and exchanges are only allowed for US domestic orders and not allowed for international orders. 

  • For an exchange or return for store credits, we’ll provide a return label with no restocking fees.
  • For a return for a refund back to your original payment method, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee to our warehouse in Nevada or Pennsylvania and there'll be a 10% restocking fee.

Do note that free gifts have to also be returned in the event that the return causes the total order value to fall below the qualifying threshold.


Damaged/ Defective Items

We allow for a 30 days Warranty Period upon the receipt of your order. If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days upon receipt of your items together with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item as well.

We will offer to reship the item to you or if reshipping is not feasible, we will provide a full (if returned and the item should be packed back in its original and untorn packaging) or partial refund (in cash or store credits). A partial refund applies in cases where part of the ordered item is defective - for example, if 1 out of a 4 person place-setting flatware is defective, this will allow for a 25% refund.


Exclusions

Orders such as bulk orders or wholesale purchases do not qualify for returns.

All gift card purchases are final sale. 

Returns are only allowed for orders placed from Nov 1st, 2023 onwards.

JazzUpCo may limit or deny returns if we suspect policy abuse or fraud.
