The plates and the utensils are gorgeous, with a very luxurious feeling. The free rug and Salt and Pepper are also pretty

It honestly makes us so happy to hear that you love the plates and utensils—and that luxurious feel you mentioned is exactly what we aim for ✨ We’re also glad the free rug and salt & pepper set added a little extra joy to your order. Reviews like this really mean a lot to our team. Thank you for your support!
Oh, these feel so lovely in my hands. Who knew a plain bowl would make such an impression! Well made, and they look great, too! One of them had a little bubble or bump (not a non-negotiable), though. Overall, very happy with our purchase!
Thank you so much for sharing this! We’re really glad to hear the bowls feel lovely in your hands and it’s always amazing how something as simple as a well-made bowl can make such a big impression.
Regarding the small bubble/bump you noticed, that can happen from time to time and is attributed to minor natural imperfections, as each piece is hand-finished. Still, we want to make sure you’re fully happy with your set, so we’ve sent you an email to personally assist you.
Thanks again for your thoughtful review!
Purchasing this set was a fantastic decision on two fronts; the quality speaks for itself, especially the flatware. It has such a pronounced weight that I wasn’t expecting, a welcome feel of quality. Then came the customer service… one of the mugs didn’t make it in transit, so I contacted their service email via replying to my confirmation. Not only did I get a response within a few hours, I had a resolution and replacement tracking number in the same interaction — on a SATURDAY. I noticed the tiniest scratch on the coating of a single small fork (rest of the set was stellar) and opened up another support request the next day, Sunday, and STILL got rapid responses and quick resolutions. This investment seems to be nothing less than worth it so far.
