While all matte ceramics are susceptible to superficial marks from your flatware, they can be rubbed off with a good scrubber and a scouring compound. Be mindful when using steak knives or flatware pieces that are sharp which may cause these superficial marks.

What are our dinnerware sets made of?
Our handcrafted dinnerware sets are meticulously made from high-quality porcelain. Known for its durability and refined finish, porcelain dinnerware is a premium-grade ceramic with a finer, smoother, more luxurious texture.
What is the difference between stoneware vs porcelain?
Porcelain has a more luxurious feel and is more durable than stoneware.
Porcelain has a fine, smooth matte texture that is more resistant to chipping compared to stoneware's slightly coarse, gritty feel. Offering superior durability, porcelain is also non-toxic and free from harmful substances. While stoneware may be more affordable, it does not match the same level of refinement and durability as porcelain. Porcelain has a premium weighted feel while stoneware is generally thicker which might feel too heavy. Highly non-porous, porcelain is stain-resistant. Elevate your dining experience with the finest porcelain craftsmanship, enjoying a perfect blend of sophistication and practicality in every meal.
How sustainable are our dinnerware sets?
We are committed to sustainability. Our handcrafted porcelain dinnerware is produced using eco-friendly practices that minimize environmental impact. The porcelain used are responsibly sourced, and our manufacturing processes adhere to strict environmental standards, ensuring that each dinnerware set is both beautiful and sustainable. We extend our commitment to sustainability through thoughtful packaging. Designed to protect your items during transit, our packaging is also environmentally friendly. Your JazzUpCo experience is a sustainable journey from start to finish.
How do I care for my porcelain dinnerware set?
To keep your handcrafted porcelain dinnerware looking its best:
- Washing: Our porcelain dinnerware sets are dishwasher-safe. For hand washing, use a mild detergent and avoid abrasive scrubbers.
- Storing: Stack carefully to prevent scratches. Use protective padding between pieces if possible.
- Microwave and Oven Use: Our porcelain dinnerware is microwave safe and can handle moderate heat, but avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking. Check specific product details for microwave and oven safety guidelines.
What sizes are available?
We offer a variety of dinnerware sets to suit different needs:
- Dinnerware Set for 8: Perfect for larger families or entertaining guests, these sets include enough pieces to serve a full meal for eight people.
- Dinnerware Set for 4: Ideal for smaller households or intimate gatherings, these sets provide all the essentials for serving four people.
Can I purchase individual pieces from the dinnerware sets?
Yes, we offer 4-piece sets of specific pieces from our dinnerware sets, such as bowls, plates, and mugs, allowing you to replace or expand your collection as needed.
Are the dinnerware sets safe for food use?
