Rinse with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid prior to your first-time use.
After each use, promptly wash off residues and food stains as soon as you can.
While handwashing can offer optimal preservation, your flatware is dishwasher safe, and we recommend dishwashing programs with a low temperature of 104°F / 40°C or less to protect the exterior of the flatware.
When washing, use mild dishwashing liquid only and avoid citrus-scented, chlorine-based and anti-limescale detergents. Do not use abrasive sponges or scrubs.
After each wash, dry with a soft towel to prevent water marks, discoloration and film buildup.
When storing your flatware pieces, place them in a dry and well-ventilated place and keep spoons and forks separately from the knives to avoid scratches on the surface.

How do I start. If there is one word to describe JazzUpCo is PREMIUM. My wife and I have been looking for a great cutlery/ flatware set and can tell you jazzup is definitely top tier. Totally recommend.

I just purchased a home and was able to design my kitchen and I knew I wanted gold flatware. I purchased a 8 person set after seeing so many advertisements on social media and let me tell you I wasn’t disappointed. This is by far the best flatware I’ve ever owned or seen. It’s very thick and sturdy, and it’s just beautiful. I can’t believe how gorgeous this set is. I considered ordering a cheaper version off of Amazon and glad I didn’t.

I am very happy with my set of gold Ava flatware! I love the modern shapes of each piece. They are a good weight, but not so heavy that they're breaking glass dishes. We've only been using them for two weeks, but we use them all day everyday and after several runs through the dishwasher, they've held up great. I recommend this set.

I ordered the matte black Ava flatware and I would say it is more gunmetal than black. In low lighting, it looks black. In natural daylight or bright light, it looks gunmetal. Both times it looks beautiful and classical to compliment any style. Ava flatware has a good weight to it and is comfortable to use. I hand wash with a dish cloth and dry with a dish towel to avoid scratches or damage to the flatware. I have had some issues with marring in the finish, but customer service is above and beyond. This company really does care about their customers and hold to a high standard the product they are producing and selling. I have not washed them in the dishwasher because I don’t want to have the finish fade or not wear well, so I just take the extra step to hand wash and dry. If you do get scratches or missing finish, they do show because of the black color. If you are choosing between black and gold, I would probably go with gold because I feel the gold would blend better and not show as easily with wear and tear from normal usage. Again, the black is beautiful, classic, casual and elegant at the same time, and will never go out of style.

Regarding the finish of the black flatware, they are as dark as it can get and the reason why it looks less black under bright light is simply because of the glare and reflection of the light.
