One of my plates chipped after less than 2 weeks of use but customer service rectified the issue. Haven’t had any problems since and the entire set is beautiful! Love the color, feel, and uniqueness of each handmade dish. Even more than the stunning dish set, I love this company as well. They sent a marketing email letting people know that marketing emails for Mother’s Day were coming up and they understood it is a sensitive time for some people and to opt out before they started sending them. This meant SO much to me as someone who did grow up with Mother’s Day being a sensitive time of year. Kudos to JazzUpCo for being aware and kind and for making stunning, quality made products. Would 10/10 recommend to all my family and friends!

The packaging is beautiful and very sustainable. I like them a lot. But one of the plates arrived slightly scratched which Jazzupco had gotten them replaced. The design is nice and modern too
